The Altberg Tabbing Boot SF MK3 is the lightest boot in the Altberg military range and was designed to reduce stress when running, whilst retaining features necessary in a modern lightweight military boot.

Based on the new A-Forme last, which is ergonomically designed and similar in shape to a running shoe, the Tabbing boot has a narrow heel and provides excellent ankle and heel support.

Made with Nida 1.8mm soft and supple full-grain leather, the boot has a Cambrelle lining that is ultra-breathable and non-waterproof allowing the boot to dry out quickly.

The 2-3 season Tri-Flex midsole gives a combination of torsional resistance and medium flex making it ideal for rough terrain and running.

A high-traction Defender sole offers shock absorption, slip resistance, improved uphill traction and downhill braking.

Larger pieces of leather are used in the construction of these boots, which minimises the number of seams, material overlaps and unnecessary stitches. These factors reduce pressure points and hot spots, increasing comfort.

Included in the updated design of these boots is the SF (Special Forces) no hooks lacing system that ensures no snagging while parachuting or out in the field.
