Our V Top Strap adds additional stability?when youre carrying heavier items on the top of your backpack. It is a little bit more secure than the standard, single top strap.
It can be used to carry a bear canister so long as the canister can squish into your gear as shown. Alternatively, a canister can also be carried standing vertically inside the pack.
The V Top Strap is modular and can be added or removed from your pack as necessary. Our normal, single top strap is also included when you add this option.
These Top straps are not compatible with the Nero backpack.? If you need a V Top Strap for your Nero, you'll can purchase one specifically designed to work with one .
